During my recent stay at Lavender Elegance Cruises, I had an amazing time exploring the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The tour plan and activities were well-organized and provided plenty of opportunities to enjoy the stunning views. I particularly enjoyed the kayaking excursion, where I got to explore hidden corners of the bay and admire the mesmerizing limestone formations. The surprise cave visit was also a memorable experience, showcasing the natural beauty of the area.

The room had a great view of the sea and the restroom was quite tidy. the deck and dining area were cleaned well. the total cost was reasonable considering the services.
The activities could have been more enjoyable and the places to be visited were limited. the transfer bus was outdated and uninviting.

The scenery was breathtaking and the excursions were fun. The staff was helpful and always there to assist whenever needed. The meals provided during the trip were very nicely presented and tasted great. The location was perfect and allowed for a great view of the surrounding areas.
The cruise packages were overpriced and did not include much for the price. The cabins were outdated and not well maintained, with some stains and marks on the sheets.
