I had an amazing experience during my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were a great treat. The hotel had excellent amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a fitness club.

During my recent stay at Lavender Elegance Cruises, I had an amazing time exploring the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The tour plan and activities were well-organized and provided plenty of opportunities to enjoy the stunning views. I particularly enjoyed the kayaking excursion, where I got to explore hidden corners of the bay and admire the mesmerizing limestone formations. The surprise cave visit was also a memorable experience, showcasing the natural beauty of the area.

The room had a great view of the sea and the restroom was quite tidy. the deck and dining area were cleaned well. the total cost was reasonable considering the services.

The activities could have been more enjoyable and the places to be visited were limited. the transfer bus was outdated and uninviting.
